This is the text from speech I gave at a women’s march during the time I was running for State Rep. I was often asked about my views on abortion, LGBTQIA “issues” and other concerns of the human experience that should never have become political. Christians are often so mean in their delivery of “the gospel” that they sin more than the sinner they are seeking to condemn. I am clear on one thing—God is love and love wins.

How are the children? This question is the traditional greeting of the Masai tribe in Africa.The traditional response would be that the children are all well—this would mean that the land was at peace and safe.
